About Brie
My mission is to support the current and next generation of leaders through coaching, mentoring, and consulting. With 20 years in leadership, software testing, and quality engineering, I’ve faced various challenges—from being one of the few women in tech to overcoming impostor syndrome as a manager.
I didn't set out to join a male-dominated industry like tech, but that’s where my journey took me. In software testing and quality engineering, where women are (still) often outnumbered, I frequently found myself as the only woman in the room. Despite this, I’ve thrived and grown, even without early role models.
When I became a manager, I decided to become the kind of role model I wished I had—leading with empathy and authenticity to empower my team. My early management days felt like being thrown into the deep end without knowing how to swim, but I was determined to succeed. II started with a three-day “Intro to Management” course and have since read countless books on leadership, productivity, and software testing. I've also completed additional management and leadership training. I’m currently taking CTI's coach training to continue my growth.

I've learned that effective management and leadership require ongoing effort and improvement. This is why I continue to read and pursue training, always looking for ways to do better. I am a lifelong learner at heart.
I’m proud of the leader I’ve become and excited to help others on their path. Every choice we make brings us closer to or further from our dreams. I’d be thrilled to help you get closer to yours.

With my background in quality engineering, my desire to supporting women in tech, and my dedication to continuous learning, I’m here to guide you. Whether you’re seeking a promotion, overcoming challenges, or setting new goals, let’s work together to achieve your success.
Feel free to reach out—I’m here to support you every step of the way!
